Do you work with brands worldwide?
We welcome enquiries from brands around the world. Share your delivery destination and project requirements so we can discuss available arrangements. Shipping options and responsibilities are confirmed in your proposal.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Quantity is assessed for each structure, design and production route. Share your intended order size; we will discuss whether it is practical. There is no universal minimum or published unit price.
How long does an order take?
Sampling, production and transit depend on the specification and destination. Share your required arrival date so the complete schedule can be assessed before an order is agreed.
Can you provide certified materials?
Tell us the exact standard and documents you require. Availability and evidence must be verified for the relevant material and production partner before being included in an order. We do not make a blanket certification claim.
Can I send an existing design or sample?
Yes. Start by emailing your brief. We can discuss how to share artwork or arrange a physical reference sample; any sample charges and shipping arrangements are agreed separately.
